For studios

Work with homeowners who already know the range

InteriorIQ prices a homeowner’s plan before they talk to anyone. A studio on our short list meets people who know what the work should cost and have chosen to hear from you.

Desk with floor-plan drawings, material swatches and a measuring tape for reviewing an interior quotation

What you get

  • Introductions one at a time, to homeowners who said yes to hearing from you, never a lead sold to five studios at once.
  • A homeowner who has already seen our range for the work, so the conversation starts at scope, not at “is this price fair?”.
  • A profile with your visited work and the way you quote, on a site that explains interiors in plain words.

What we check

A visit to your studio and to live or finished sites, a real quotation read line by line, your warranty and change-order terms, and references. The full list is on the vetting page; it applies to every studio, and a studio can be removed for the reasons listed there.

What we never do

  • Share a homeowner’s phone number before they agree, or with more than the two studios they are shown.
  • Rank studios by what they pay us.
  • Change a published price range because a studio asks.

Apply

Write to us through the contact page with your city, the kind of work you do most, and two recent sites we could visit.
